Hiked London Mtn & Pennsylvania Mtn today. Drove to turn-off for Mosquito Pass on CR 12/Mosquito Pass Rd with no issues.
Current snow conditions did not impede on ascent of either peak. The wind was a different story!
Routes:
Hiked Mosquito Pass rd up to saddle of London & Repeater (13,548') in able to gain W ridge of London. Descended same way and crossed American Flats to saddle of Pennsylvania & Evans B, and hiked W ridge of Pennsylvania. Returned the same way we came.

Surrounding peaks (Dyer, Evans B, "Repeater", Mosquito, Treasurevault, etc.) all look easily doable without much effort in snow.

I repent - you've proved useful. Loveland to London loop tomorrow.

...would it be nuts to try and do Evans b, Mosquito, London and Pennsylvania in the same day? forecast looks relatively pleasant minus the wind. May change the mind and try for the whale loop.

A friend did Penn/Evans B/Repeater/London loop last Sunday. She started at the Pennsylvania TH on the E side. Finished on London and crossed American Flats and reascended Pennsylvania to get back to the TH. I'm sure you could easily add on Mosquito if you wanted to.
