Road plowed and clear to trail head. Route is well packed, snowshoes not needed. Clear and well traveled on lower section (also part of the Colorado Trail, I broke trail from split with colorado trail to the base of the peak. My trail has 2 "Y"s while going up the first hill, stay right on both for easiest hiking. Had sunshine and no wind all the way up to the summit ridge. Rocks the upper part are very slippery as snow melts and re-freezes. Beware of holes between boulders hidden by snow cover (slid into one and twisted by knee.)
