Google Search Tag Problems?

Post by ECF55 »

Bill--There's something odd going on with Google Search and some of the 14ers.com content.

GOOGLE: Some of the 14ers.com Trip Reports currently display something like this on Google Search (below), and I'm also seeing a lot less 14ers.com content on Google's returns (it used to be right up at the top):

BING: Bing Search returns have all of the normal tags and priority you would expect:

Any idea what's going on? Are there items that authors forgot to include when writing the report, or did Google just change how they optimize for search again? Thanks for all that you do here.
