Wind speed info?

Post by winmag4582001 »

I was on Horseshoe mtn this am and the wind was brutal! Is there a website that could tell me the wind speeds in that area around 9:30am this morning? I forgot my camera or I would have recorded the wind...

Max winds at the Pikes Peak summit weather station were 60-70mph just after midnight. They slowly subsided during the day but only down to 20-30mph so you probably saw winds somewhere in between.
