Route Download File?

Post by claugh »

A couple of years ago i downloaded a file from the site that included a bunch of info for EACH route (122 routes... at that time). For each route it listed the name, length, alt gain, risk/sill ratings, road type, whether it was the 'standard' route or not... etc.) I imported it into a .xls... that i still have, but I'd like to download a fresh copy, since I'm sure there's been some updates/changes. I can't find a download file on the site anymore that contains all this info. Anyone know where i can find it (i.e. am i just over-looking it)? I am NOT looking for a file to download to my GPS or to GoogleMaps. I'm looking for a file that i can sort/filter to see the different characteristics of the routes (e.g. see all the class 1 and 2 routes that have < 4K total gain... that also have road type 0, 1, or 2).

For 14er routes, use the Route Selection Tool. Filter to "ALL" and scroll to the very bottom where you'll seen an orange, "Export" button. The resulting .CSV file should have everything you need.

Bill: You're amazing. Thank you so much for doing the work of maintaining this site! I was able to download all the routes; however, the 'Road Type' column on the CSV is 'blank' (i.e. no data). The CSV file DOES contain a 'Road Type' column... but for some reason there's no data in it. Any idea on why... or how to fix it?
