Great Shadow pic from Orizaba. I remember seeing the same thing there, and also on Mt Hood. So cool.

Thanks! I've seen this affect a few times now as well other than Pico and it's always awesome to see. Torreys stands out to me at the moment but I'm drawing a blank on if there's any other times I've seen this from CO. It'd almost certainly have to be from the front range casting a westward shadow.

We had a spectacular sunrise at Snowmass Lake for the first day of summer. Looks more like late winter at this altitude:
