This brand looks like a mini-snowmobile.

Cant wait to share snow trails with these, NOT.

A couple of these just went through the CT area of Tiger Dredge in Breck a couple of weeks ago. Citations from the sheriff have already been issued.

Will these be allowed anywhere that snowmobiles aren't already?

At least they are electric. Can't wait to see them left somewhere when the battery dies

As I watch the video of their advertisement, I can't keep but wondering where all the avalanche rescue tools are and if they are wearing beacons with them.
Never,never give up!.

It doesn't look like these are anywhere near capable of deep-powder traveling.

Aren't battery powered cars notorious for poor performance in cold weather?

On the flip side, I suppose they would have an advantage at high altitudes as gas-powered snowmobiles have trouble in the thin air.

These look interesting, but I've never used them so who knows. Conventional gas power snowmobiles used (as of 20 years ago) to have pretty crummy emissions - something like one hour of riding equated to 4 years of running a car or something like that (think leaf blowers). So electric would be a win-win.

Anybody seen a taiga running around yet? I've seen all the hot new 2023s in the wild including the fancy factory boosted stuff but no taigas yet. We love the surrons during the summer and are excited about instant electric torque but haven't talked to anyone who's played with a taiga. That said, I can't imagine how slow and not fun riding a surron with a snowbike conversion would be.

Maybe mountain towns can invest in them like the scooter rentals that litter the neighborhoods in Ft Collins.

And why again is this so appalling compared to everyone driving their much heavier vehicles to the mountains?
Everyday is a G r A t E f U L Day here in the ID...?
