Brad, few people understand what it has taken you to accomplish 500 14er summits. The amount of work is astonishing...not to mention all the other climbs you have done.
And it might say, you are as humble as you are strong. And as respectful as you are resilient. And you give back so much to this climbing community. It’s an honor to be your friend.

This is just incredible, Brad. And much awe to Melissa for all the support!

But more incredible is the amount of volunteer hours on top of these that Brad does to support this community, preserve the mountains, and encourage his hiking peers to new heights (literally) and skills. This takes a man of perseverance, strength, and great integrity.

Congratulations, Brad!

Congrats, Brad! You and John B. will be leaving me in the dust in no time (well, John already has on the Grid).

Thanks John. My only hope of joining you and John B in the Frozen 14ers club is convincing one of you that a new grid spot is worth the pain and suffering of repeating a tough winter peak! :-)

Congratulations Brad! A big accomplishment!!!
The summit is a source of power. The long view gives one knowledge and time to prepare. The summit, by virtue of the dizzying exposure, leaves one vulnerable. A bit of confidence and a dash of humility is all we get for our work. Yet to share these moments with friends is to be human. C. Anker

That’s a lot of 14er summits! Good luck finishing the seasonal grid!

Don't let Brad fool you, he is far from 'average'. Despite all the peaks he has done personally, he always takes the time to help others out. Who was my partner when I decided to do my 1st winter 14er? Brad. 1st snow climb? Brad. 1st roped peak? Brad. Hopefully sometime I can pay it forward and actually help you on a goal. Well done! =D>

Congratulations Brad! That’s a lot of 14ers wow! Behind every great man is a great woman, your wife’s original post about this achievement made me smile and happy for you and that you have such a good support from her, as it is so important! How many 14ers are you planning on doing? What’s your favorite and least favorite?!
