Horn Creek Valley. Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
Sangres are an area where you will see some of the strangest cloud formations.

Very nice shot of the under celebrated Cloud Peak.

You should post that in the B&W section as well. It would be nice to see a bit more contrast, but the ominous vibe of this is very pronounced. 8)

At 23,000ft high above a sea of clouds on Dhaulagiri my teammate and I stop to take this photo. The one and only Annapurna is looming large in the distance.
