Delayed PMs

Post by greenonion »

Bill,
No biggie, but I was wondering if there is a reason that PMs seem to delay in the Outbox after hitting send. Some delay for quite a while (1.5 days), but most for just a few hours. Is this intended, and if so, why? Again, just curious and not asking for any action.

I was under the impression that it stays in the outbox until the intended recipient actually opens it, but could be wrong.

Yup, that’s how the forum works - they sit in the OB until read.

I didn’t write it. :)
