In my younger days, after a marathon, I would jog a mile the next day to loosen the muscles. Are we seeing the proportional equivalent... and/or to evaluate himself??

Ah! Well, after last week, I could believe anything about Andrew.

Wow. What an amazing run you had Andrew. Congrats on all that you accomplished. Thoughts and prayers for a quick recovery.

So, he is on his way...

I was hoping that my injury would heal fairly quickly and that we could carry on with the quest for the 14ers in the 48 states. But right now that doesn't seem very likely, as it looks like I will be slow to heal. So if you see my satellite tracker running around it is safe to assume it is James off on an adventure.

It seemed a little much to believe that you would be back up and at it in just a couple days but after watching everything else you did I was starting to think anything could be possible. Well here's to wishing you a speedy recovery, even if speed in this case is a little more of an average human rate than you might be accustomed to.

I've seen this question asked a couple of times now. According to his bio on his site his wife is a doctor and I'm sure she is keeping a close eye on him.

Oh, no big deal...just trotting up Quandary in the evening. :) You guys amaze me and have motivated me to shake off a few extra pounds...time to get back into hiking in Colorado with an August trip!

Aw man, I'm sorry to hear that. If not a speedy recovery, then here's wishing you a complete recovery. And once again, thank you for the inspiration. It truly helped me push through when I wanted to quit on Tabeguache last weekend.
