Is there a cost to park and camp at Snowden Meadow near Lake City, or is it a free, first-come, first-serve kind of deal? I can't seem to find too much information about it online.
I am planning a peak bagging trip to that area next summer and was evaluating different places to use my truck tent.

Re: Snowden Meadow
It’s free, first come first served. There’s lots of places to car camp in the region. Having Gaia or Caltopo on you phone helps a lot with being sure of NSF public land.
