The RMNP website classifies Longs as summer hiking conditions.

Fall was from Broadway, so summer hiking conditions on the Keyhole route are mostly irrelevant.
My condolences to the climbers friends and family.

The name Broadway is contradictory to what it is. It’s narrow and extremely exposed with some sketchy areas you have to maneuver around. There was significant pucker factory the day I was on it.

Sad to hear, my condolences. Any idea if this happened around the chockstone below the notch? I know many people don't rope up to get around it.

I have not climbed Longs but Broadway is between the Keyhole and the trough right?

I was up on Chasm View and saw the helicopter. Was hoping for a better outcome than this. Sad news.

No. Broadway is not any part of the standard route. It is part of the Diamond (East) face.
