Best Place for some turns.....and jumps!!!

Postby Mattp » Mon Jun 14, 2010 4:20 pm

Hey yall,
This coming weekend, I am looking to head up and do some skiing. I was just wondering which mountain still has the best/most snow. I am not really looking to ski the whole 14er from top to bottom, just trying to find a mellower hill to possibly build a jump or small jib of some sort (to be honest, I am a park-rat). It also, doesn't have to be a 14er, just any mountain that still has some snow. And just for the record, I searched, but couldn't find anything relevant to what I am looking to do. Any info or help is appreciated!!

Peak 10 on Breck. There were some rails and jibbing going on up there in late August last year.

Agreed as to Peak 10. Also seen park setups in the summer on St. Mary's Glacier and Rollins Pass.
