Mt. Richtofen and dog?
Has anyone out there done Richtofen,and if so,is it safe enough for my badass lab--Kenny Bean jr? He really is a stud. Thanks for any help.

There is a lot of morainial deposited rock and some nice scree chutes to come down. Keep in mind that dogs aren't allowed in the backcountry of RMNP: http://www.nps.gov/romo/planyourvisit/pets.htm, so if your approach is from the east, leave your dog at home.
