Why is Sunlight Peak a class 4?

It is class 4 for sure for that exposure and if it is windy it is a bit more difficult to stand and maintain it. The climb up is nothing remarkable including the blocks IMO but I enjoyed it towards the top.
Here I am on the blocks and as you can see my pants are odd shaped due to the extreme wind this day.
