Technical for me (Class 5 with a rope plus snow and ice climbs) if I had to choose, but like to go hiking too.
The summit is a source of power. The long view gives one knowledge and time to prepare. The summit, by virtue of the dizzying exposure, leaves one vulnerable. A bit of confidence and a dash of humility is all we get for our work. Yet to share these moments with friends is to be human. C. Anker

Too many options, 49ersrule.
But, maybe "most of the above" but "not all of the above."
Does that narrow it down?

Why isn't willows an option?

Depends on my mood, how long the route is, scramble or tundra.

1. Snow climbs on terrain with minimal avy risk.
2. Scrambling/ Class 3-4 climbing on good rock close second.

Now I’m gonna wonder if my screed against scrambling was the catalyst for this poll/thread.

Wanted to vote for both trails and tundra, but went for tundra. I could see myself getting into low-angle snow climbing (especially if I can ski back down!), but I suspect my days of not crying on steep terrain are over.
