Yep, total distance I have at 1182.5 miles and 297497 ft gain. Two days of watch data (July 19th and 21st; thankfully short-ish non-peak days) didn't sync correctly and I don't think Garmin will be much help to get the files back so I've estimated these days. Either way, any change will be minimal.

Wow, congratulations Pawel! This is absolutely brutal and something to be immensely proud of. I hope you recover soon!

Fortunately, as with most paywalls, the whole article is there if you "view page source." What a brutal accomplishment -- you have to push yourself pretty hard to get rhabdo and liver damage. Contrary to the article, I don't see this taking off among thru-hikers or FKTers. Maybe a few people like Jeff Garmire will be interested.
