I saw this book on Amazon and for some reason I immediately thought of CaptCO. I bet that if he could find a way to go a week where he posts less than 10 times on 14ers.com, I bet he'd find a general improvement in his life. My two cents...

Seems a little ironic to use a Kindle to social media detox
depends on what kind of Kindle. my paperwhite kindle has no social media apps, so it's just as good for social media detox as a physical book would be. i'm pretty sure the standard Kindle is the same.
only the Kindle Fire tablets have social media apps.
