Decalibron: end of May

Post by 14ersfreak »

Just curious what kind of conditions we could expect on the Decalibron end of May. Would gaiters or microspikes be necessary? We usually hike in mid-June, but with the low snow year, we are hoping to get up there a little earlier.

The snowpack is actually about normal for that portion of the state with a winter storm watch in effect tonight and tomorrow.
