Princeton and Shavano looked pretty dry when I drove by them this morning.

Totally agree about Princeton. Almost nothing left on it.

Belford can be done with only crossing some minimal snow. No crampons or ice axe or even gaiters needed.

Antero last weekend had very little snow, except for about 400 feet on the final scramble to the summit.

I'll be taking your advice regarding the lack of snow and attempting Mount Princeton next week. Does anyone know if you can soak in the Mount Princeton hot springs without purchasing a room at the resort?

Yes you can. $10 or so for adults.
