Personally the Barr Trail in a single day at something like 7400'.

Though I know that is nothing in comparison to some hikes.
I mean look at Andrew Hamilton's recent Centennials record. Or some of the hikes/climbs up peaks that well exceed 14,000' outside of Colorado.

My biggest single day is 6,250’ KC/Challenger from Willow Creek. Two day is Little Bear/Ellingwood from the valley deck 6,800’. Both were many years ago when I was young and strong. Maybe not strong. Stronger than now anyway.

Think it was probably was Half Dome/Clouds rest combination hike, the gain of which was a little over 8,000ft.

In a angle continuous hike without sleeping? 14000' or so in college, hiking the Appalachian Trail between Hanover, NH and Mt. Moosilauke in a bit over 24 hours.

For a single mountain? Mt. Williamson a month or so ago, with a cumulative 10k or so, though spread over 2 1/2 days.

In a single calendar day? Probably the Presidential traverse in NH, 9000'+

For a single mountain in a single day? I think the Barr Trail up Pikes, 7400'.
