Blizzard warning now for the Ft. Collins/Greeley/Boulder/Denver area. It is really dumping and the winds are gusting up to 45 mph at the big airport (DIA).

Here in Loveland it's still coming down steadily. Last night about 9 pm I went out and shoveled about 3-4 inches of slush. Woke up this morning to at least a foot of heavy wet consolidated concrete. Got the snowblower out (24", 6.5 hp) and it could barely handle it. I've got at least 6-8" more to clear off now but it hasn't let up yet. Wind is blowing hard too. Lots of moisture in this one.

Wind has calmed somewhat (still pretty blustery) for the time being here in Arvada but the snow keeps falling. Had a hard time even getting a fire lit in my fireplace because the wind was blowing so hard that the fire just kept going out. Definitely have at least a foot here, maybe more. Shoveled the driveway around 10am and I'd say there's a solid 4-5 inches covering it already. Gonna have to get back out there soon! Already got a snow day called for tomorrow so now I can just enjoy it

15" in Castle Rock as of 2pm this afternoon. Hard to measure in many areas due to the strong winds. Classic blizzard conditions.

Just shy of 20 inches in my driveway in Fort Collins and still coming down hard - shoveled the wickedly heavy mess just long enough to establish a beachhead and partial windbreak.

Wind is blowing strong enough that there are cornices sticking out at least a foot or two from the neighbor's rooftops...

This storm is definitely not a bust in FTC...

Maybe 13" in downtown Denver. Hard to tell because strong wind creating two foot drifts.

I hiked along Cherry Creek this morning and it was already quite vigorous from last two days precipitation. I expect creek to be higher than sidewalks in couple days.

At least 17" in Arvada.

Snow-shoed a trench ironically for my friends and their dog about a mile to Ladybug park.
Should have put a rain cover on. Everything is so incredibly wet.

Edit: closer to 19" now

Meh. The storm may have performed well in some areas, but 18 inches is no big deal in Boulder. Grateful for the moisture though.
