You need to slow down, Brad. You're making the rest of us look like slackers.

Seriously though, congratulations on a great accomplishment.

There is a wife! That's how he's been able to do it; she's very supportive and might I add beautiful 8)

Here's the original post that I put on the Facebook Page:

Congratulations to Brad McQueen! With today’s summit of North Eolus, he has 500 14er summits and has completed the list of 58 three times. That effort includes:
~5,000 miles hiked
~2,000,000 feet of elevation gain
>100 partners
16 unsuccessful attempts
4 jobs
2 kids
1 supportive wife
And ~1/2 pint of ice cream each day

Thanks to his many partners on here and to Bill for all of the incredible information that Brad (and all of us) have had access to in planning these adventures.

Yes, congrats, Brad.

A name that isn't mentioned too much anymore is Jim Gehres. In the late '80s early '90s, he was recognized as the person with the most 14er ascents, as he had climbed them all 12-13 times. I imagine part of that was a lack of information on other peaks to climb -- just stick to what is known. In 2000, I was preparing to leave the trailhead near Winfield to climb UN 13,253 when a gentleman asked me about my plans. I told him about my 13er for the day, and he introduced himself as Spencer Swanger, the first to climb all of the centennials. (He was leading a CMC group up Huron that day.) He talked about how things had changed a little even in 2000, as when he climbed the centennials, the routes were far from developed.

Awesome! Great job, Brad

Repeats are fun, especially in the snowy months.
