Are these from a window feeder?
It's the wooden railing on the back deck. I have been feeding them for years and alot of them never leave or go away. I do take the picture from the kitchen window so it could essentially be a window feeder.

I saw a pair of jays chase a squirrel down and up a tree three times today in city park. I guess they had a nest in that tree. The birds won.

The Lazuli Buntings have returned to UT. Haven't grabbed a photo yet, though. They winter down in southern Mexico and return in April/May. Males have beautiful blue heads. Anybody seeing these or any others coming through lately?

Yeah there's a group in Redstone Canyon just outside of Fort Collins pretty reliably in late April, and sure enough they were back there last week. Pretty awesome.

I hike at the Ridgway reservoir quite often.
Someone else I encountered on the trail mentioned they had just seen a bald eagle.
The next week i saw 2 golden eagles there, and another golden eagle last week.

This year I have seen more American Goldfinches than ever. They're super cool and their song is very unique. I was recently pointed to the eagle cam that is setup on the NW side of Standley Lake here in the Denver burbs. I drive past it almost every day and didn't even know it was there. Here's the link: https://www.cityofwestminster.us/ParksR ... k/EagleCam. They have a single chick and it's growing fast.

These I guess are pretty common, but the first time I've almost ran into one - Dusty Grouse!
