Yes, raw they were too much work and not great - look for the jarred, pickled beets and onions, much better and no prep work. works well with trader joes raw sauerkraut with persian cucumbers.

A beet a day in the NutriBullet (along with other fun stuff).....awesome! LOVE Beets.
