A Sting Operation! Cameras, coffee, and long hours sitting and waiting! I would like to catch 'em in the act, get a good profile of this person(s) and then take it to the authorities! That would be more fun than climbing the Crestones!

They do just that in New Hampshire. It helps they understand the value of tourism revenue, there isn't much other crime and no one wants to be known as the "don't leave your car there" town.
