It's all relative - that's all im saying. Having Bill climb all the 14ers and make nice little pdf's for us - isn't that "using someone else to do the difficult physical work that comes with trail-breaking" - I mean when you drive to a TH and start hiking, isn't the trail you are on a product of other people's work? Isn't the road you drove up to get there the same thing? The gore-tex? The weather reports? Avy forecasts? You see my point?
