The snow is all very packed. As of yesterday, we climbed without snowshoes until we got up to the Devil's Playground area, and then kept them on until we got back on the trail in the trees. Check out my trip report. The road up is snowy and muddy, but definitely not impassible.
Yes is ALWAYS trumps the no!

No, the road isn't plowed beyond the Mennonite camp. 4WD is required beyond the camp as there is about a foot of snow on the road in spots. Just follow the ruts and keep moving so you don't get stuck! It is melting out quick.

Russ & I hit this trail around midnight on Friday, and had little issues getting up in my 4runner, but I dont know how it will go in anything with less clearance.
Does anyone have info on the crags rock climbing routes? I'm finding very little info online.
