A-B never made good beer. Boulevard does.
Duvel also bought Ommegang. Their exceptional beers have not suffered. Boulevard may not, either.
I hope not.

This is a few days too late for immediate usefulness, but hopefully some of you can use it for the future. I was able to try two DIPAs from Melvin (formerly Thai Me Up), a tiny brewpub up in Jackson, Wyoming, a few days ago at Backcountry Pizza in Boulder (thanks to a temporary distribution permit). The first I tried was the 2x4, which won both gold at GABF and the Alpha King Challenge this year. It was excellent. Their Asterisk, winner of the Alpha King Challenge this year, was simply and clearly the best DIPA I've ever had (and I've tried most of the really big names outside, notably, of Heady Topper). If you're ever up there visiting the Tetons or skiing, I highly recommend checking it out.
New Belgium has had some good releases in their Lips of Faith series (a few pictured here):

I haven't tried this one by TRiNiTY yet, but the bottle is hilarious:

I enjoy trying new brews (no shortage of suggestions in this thread!) and like to have a variety on hand...but my staples are Dale's Pale Ale & Deviant Dale's - gotta have those in the "beer drawer" no matter what!
I disagree with you on the 90min, I think it's exceptionally well-balanced for what it is. I have also had a bottle of the 120 and I'm glad I experienced it, but I won't be buying it ever again.
That said, my favorite beer is one of my own. Hard to pick which one though.
