Congrats Noah - Youngest Fisher Tower Finisher!!!
Yesterday at about 530pm a few of us watched Noah and crew complete Cottontail via West Side Story (5.9 C3 VI) making Noah (winter8000m) by far the youngest to complete the five major summits in the Fisher Towers (King Fisher, Echo Tower, The Titan, The Oracle, Cottontail). Only a dozen or so people have joined this elite club.
Derek (Furthermore), David and Noah put in a total of 4 days of work spread over three weekends, fixing the route and slowly making upwards progress.
Late yesterday afternoon a few of us cheered as David made the final free moves onto the summit ridge and then Noah led the short aid pitch onto the summit tower exclaiming "#5!!!!!! F#%k that route!!" At exactly 530pm. It was an honor to be there for a part of history and watch my friend complete this list at age 21 in an impressive push of just 1.5 years.
Congrats to the team. Keep on inspiring. Keep on climbing.

I'll be content if I ever get my 40+ ass up a few of those. Congratulations Noah! Hope to see your picture in an updated version of Crusher's Desert Tower book.

Awesome!
I'm old, slow and fat. Unfortunately, those are my good qualities.

Congratulations! Great accomplishment!
Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.

Congrats to Noah, Derek, David and the team who put in the work to complete this huge project! Seeing it up close makes it even more impressive! Kicking myself for not bringing the 400mm lens.

Woohoo!!!!! It's been "fun" for sure. I don't quite think that most folks quite understand how absurdly awesome this is. Way to go buddy!
Now let's go do something that's actually fun. Haha.
