Oh, it's there -- I'd say down to at least 11,000' if not lower and it's snowing up high as I type. Think traction if you're coming this way.

That reminds me -- I need to get my skis tuned! 8)

You can also look at the CDOT road camera on Independence Pass.

Driving down from Trout Creek.... Princeton, Antero and Shavano are looking very dry. Yale and Columbia look a bit more snowy. The peaks closer to the divide (behind Princeton) look like they received a bit of snow, so I would guess Huron would have snow. Buffalo Peaks are fairly dry.

Just did Casco, Frasco, French today. Not much snow. Maybe 4-6" on the ground.

Climbed Shavano and Tab yesterday. Completely dry except for a few locations and on the summit of Tab. However, the mountains west of Shavano were pretty covered in snow! Thought it was interesting how much snow there was on those mountains and not much at all on Shavano. Picture below is looking west from the saddle.

Attempted Shavano and Tabeguache on Monday via the standard route, only ended up summiting Shavano due to such cold temps combined with some BRUTAL winds above the saddle. Looked like the winds blew a majority of the snow away leaving just a few inches in places.
