Engineer Mountain Conditions

Post by Vincopotamus »

Wondering if anyone has beta on how much snow is on the standard route up Engineer Mountain off of Coal Bank Pass near Durango? Any snow in the trees or on the NE ridge? The south face looks dry from 550, not sure about the northern aspects. Thanks homies!

Not sure if you ever made it up to Engineer? I was up there over memorial weekend. The ridge had a little snow that was easily avoidable. There was still plenty of snow in the trees and post holing fun before noon. I imagine by now much of it has melted.

Cheers
