Billy's is one of my favorites. I'm also a fan of Yak and Yeti's Jalapeno Lena. Some friends of mine recently informed me that Amicas has a Green Chili Ale. Has anybody tried it?Dan_Suitor wrote:

Re: Favorite Beer?
Made some Boulevard Dark Truth Stout beer bread based off this recipe: http://www.friesema.net/other/recipes.htm
Tried Avery's White Rascal for the first one and it was, eh, ok. Friend who's also made beer bread recommends against IPAs as the hops makes it too floral so you feel like you're eating a flower.
Interesting pairing... That Founders needs more eggs, bacon, and waffles among the ingredients. (Yes, had the voodoo maple bacon donut.)

Re: Favorite Beer?
I don't want to elaborate but you real drinkers know what a solid drink really means. I don't have pics, but here are the very best brews for the very best times to drink a perfect beer:
1. Hot day: Breckenridge Agave Wheat X 12
2. Cold day: Left Hand Milk Stout (Nitro or die) X 6
3. After work: Avery IPA X 3
4. Woman troubles: Sierra Nevada Big Foot Barley Wine (that s**t has to be like 15%, I don't care what the bottle says) X 6 pack ... X 2 if you're a monster.
5. Why the f**k not?: Stone Anniversary Brews, always something good to be had. I prefer the '03 brew if its available. If not and Old Guardian will always smack you in the right direction.
While you enjoy these delicious concoctions, rock some of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YxRg5OVwF0" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Live up the goodness.
