I've been lurking in the shadows on this thread. I would love to do the hike if it happens and there's room!

I am interested in this one. Is the price going to be the same under the new management? If I remember right it was $100 for a winter hike?

It's $100 for summer. $200 for winter. At least it was last winter.

No kidding. This guy alone, and the work he did with the snowmobile up to 4-way was worth the $200 I spent there last winter.

I would be interested in joining the mid-winter group. If I'm gonna pay to hike a 14er I might as well go with a bunch of 14er enthusiasts

Well damn. I'm booked that weekend. Have a great time guys!
You cannot stay on the summit forever; you have to come down again. So why bother in the first place? Just this: What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen. There is an art of conducting oneself in the lower regions by the memory of what one saw higher up. When one can no longer see, one can at least still know. - Rene Daumal

I am flexible, but if I had a choice, then I would vote for Sunday, 2/3/2013.

I just discovered this thread. I would like to join the Culebra Winter Hiking Party. Let me know if that is still an option.

Thanks
