We're on the road already, but jblyth is piloting a second car if you want to reach out to him.

Damn, after all my perseverating...I'm out Jeff. Enjoy down there. Weather looks stellar.
I think I'm catching my girls cold and after hitting Jackson, Marble, and Vail within the last two weeks, I'm just freaking exhausted. Might try to climb something in the IPW if I wake up at the comfy hour of 7am and am not sick.

Are you taking the Lake Como route? I would assume as much, but I wanted to confirm. I may join you on the trail somewhere.

Ditto. Tough to do from 8,500 feet with more snow than we had.

I made it to Lake Como by 11:00 with a 6:00 a.m. start, skinning from about 9,000 feet. It turns out the in-laws came to visit and left their head cold with me and Saturday was the onset. No wonder I felt like crap. It's now tuesday and the snot is coming out like a faucett.

On the plus side, I realized that I can bring my monster 4x4 up to Lake Como and hike from there this summer.
