The section of ice I described was immediately below the Jennings Creek TH. And, again, that was 16 or so days ago before any of the recent snow events. Given that nearby Monarch is reporting 55" in the past 11 days -- and it is coming down heavily as I write -- I have to think CR240 is now impassable much further below the TH. As I recall, it's about 7.5 miles from US50 to the TH and I think there is a sign at about the 3 mile mark that announces the end of county maintenance. So my guess is that's as far as you could drive. 'Hope this helps.
