People who leave their shopping cart in parking spots instead of walking them 10ft to the cart stall.....nothing worse than grabbing a kick ass parking spot and then having to back out due to some lazy douchebag

I'm tired of people eating in places not designed for eating. This includes libraries, computer labs, lectures and the such.
