It may be less accessible depending on snow levels, but Bison Peak is a pretty cool 12er that a bunch of us did back in February. Probably close to the 1.5 hour time limit to the start of the S approach, but very much worth the trip!

Chiefs Head should be safe from Orton too but long. Probably 16 and 5300. Not sure if Sandbeach gets trenched in winter but once you get to Orton, it should be smooth sailing until the last couple hundred feet where you might have to choose a line wisely to gain Chiefs Head.

I'd almost go so far as to say one could ditch the flotation at Orton and boot it the rest of the way.

The area above Park City (Tweto-Arkansas-Mosquito-Treasurevault-London-Repeater-Evans) was a veritable honeypot for me last November. The road is marked outside of Park City as 4WD but is doable to the turnoff for Mosquito Pass in a low clearance car. This is CR 12. And even if one couldn't drive to this spur, there is virtually no elevation gain and the miles (maybe 2 each way) will go quickly.
