Voted. And will again. Dang impressed with what I saw CFI do on Mount of the Holy Cross. A better, safer route now.

Today is the last day to vote!! Let's try to get a bunch of votes in tonight before it ends.

A big thanks to everyone who voted. I'm not sure when results are released but it could be a couple of weeks and I'm sure Lloyd (CFI Director) will let us know..

UPDATE: CFI won $20,000 in the Tom's of Maine contest held last month!

Combined with the Chase Giving Program, CFI won $50,000 through Internet-voting campaigns.

Thanks to all of you who voted for CFI. Great stuff

Great news!
• It's by getting away from life that we can see it most clearly... It's by depriving ourselves of the myriad of everyday experiences that we renew our appreciation for them...I've learned from my experiences in the mountains that I love life. — Dave Johnston
• Mountains are not climbed merely to reach a geographical location — but as personal and spiritual challenges to the participants. — David Stein
• The best climber in the world is the one who’s having the most fun.— Alex Lowe
• Why do I climb the mountain? Because I'm in love! — The Captain

Wow! Fantastic news! Congrats CFI!
Mountains cast spells on me - Why, because of the way Earth-heaps lie, should I be Chocked by joy mysteriously; stilled or drunken-gay? Why should a brown hill trail Tug at my feet to go? Why should a boggy swale Tune my heart to a nameless tale Mountain marshes know?
