Bill,

Congrats on your accomplishment and on such a great celebration on the summit - you earned it, my friend! I had a pipe in your honor on Saturday afternoon!

Heck of a run you guys had this year. It was great sharing in your 14er experience on North Maroon and Capitol this year, Bill and Dave! Those will go down as some fun memories for sure. What's up next, 13ers?

Thanks everyone, and I do mean everyone, for all the great words and inspiration on my journey. I wrote elsewhere that it's been one hell of a journey, and the least important things were the summits. Dave, congrats to you bud! We've been together for almost 20 of these summits! Well worth the ride! To my sister, ketel1, thanks for Huron Peak 10 years ago when I had no sense of what elevation gain meant, I just knew I couldn't sit on my couch and be that guy floating through life any longer. Thanks and love to all the friends I've earned and found in the mountains through 14ers.com and just by sharing the common interest. To the climbing friends I've (and we all have) lost, we continue lacing up the boots in your honor and trust your spirit and memories will assist in guiding us when we need it. To my good friends called LISTS, I will always have a plan even if it no longer makes sense to the outside world. Am I chasing centennials, 13ers, Arapahoe County Highpoints, all the prime-number-ranked peaks? Who really knows. It's all whim from this point forward. But, most likely, I will be paying it forward like so many of you did for me because the social aspect of this is more important to me than the checklist.
