CFI needs your vote for Funding

Postby BillMiddlebrook » 10 Sep 2012, 17:05

Hi!

I know I sent this out via email but it's really important - the CFI needs your vote! The non-profits with the most votes will get a portion of the funding from Chase. Come on, people, vote or I will track you down and... well, no I won't. :) I'm too fat and lazy for that.

Right now the leaders in voting only have a couple of thousand and I know we can beat that. Please vote and pass it on.

-Bill

Visit http://www.facebook.com/ChaseCommunityGiving?sk=app_162065369655 and search for “Colorado Fourteeners Initiative” in the Search Charities box. Once you get to the CFI page, there should be a VOTE option.

I am too lazy to even think about you possibly tracking me down so I voted.

I was about vote #50 'cause I don't want the reputation of a fat, lazy guy catching me.

Fat and lazy, but persistent.

When I tried to vote a box popped up saying "You must allow the app to vote." What does this mean?

In that window, you should see a blue button where you can click to "Login via Facebook" or something like that. The popup will then go away and you'll be returned to the voting page and should see a "VOTE" button.

I don't Facebook. Does that mean I can't vote?

Edit: Never mind. Instead of clicking on the Facebook link in Bill's OP, I went to www.chasegiving.com and was able to vote without going through Facebook or allowing "the app."
