Cottonwood Creek Trailhead / Sangres

Postby SteveBonowski » Thu Aug 30, 2012 1:41 pm

As of today, August 30, it is no longer necessary to contact the manager of the Baca Grande Water & Sanitation District if you are going to hike the trail. The Trailheads page for Cottonwood Creek has been updated.

Thanks to all for your cooperation with the original request.

That's amazing. Well done! Is this permanent? Just for this year/season?

I talked with somebody last week (Steve H., the manager of the Water and Sanitation District) and he said it should remain open, although the trailhead might be moved lower down the road. But that's better than being closed.
