Remember to unpeel the skins once before heading up to the pass this season. Don't let this happen to you.

~Four years ago, I took this screen shot of the weather forecast for August 15 2008:

Over a foot of snow fell in some of the mountains.

My wife and I did a two day work shop with 333 skis out of Mammoth California to build these custom beauties. I have yet to put my new dynafits on there because I think I will want to take them out the first flake of the season. Any crisp breeze down here in Golden brings a smile to my face at this point.

Out of curiosity, what did you do?

Hover your cursor over the youtubevideo tab and it will tell you what to do.
Example:
click youtubevideo tab

In the space between the brackets ][ , copy/paste the part of the link after the v= sign.
In the link below, the 5bHMrd8iTZY is inserted between the ][ part.
Make sense?

Heh, here's my buddy's glamorous start to our first attempt at ski mountaineering, last March on Castle (no one summitted, but we had a blast, and we WILL summit this coming March)

HA! I knew I could have put money on the fact that you were in that group. I guess I will just take that as the genuine sentiment it was. Thanks!
