Off Route Topics

Off Route topics will no longer display on the 14ers.com home page. I'll try to make the same change to the mobile version soon.
Only SNOW will end the madness

I belong to another forum that does not allow any topics related to politics. The thinking is that it poster issues carry over into other topics. Most of the people on that forum are 55+ y/o.

I'm interested in what younger (then me) people are focusing on in the political arena. But, it wouldn't be a great loss to ban/delete anything that ventures into that area.

Is this regardless of whether we have "Off Route" checked on our display settings?

It should override previous Display Settings but I still have to test a few things and change the mobile version.

But, but, but...... Okay. (Good move!) =D> Reminds me of that time a few years back when the entire thread history of Off-Route was lost in a server change. LOL. It helped the site become more 14er focused. Well, at least for a few days.
