Hi everyone, the climber is Lenny Joyner. He is from NY and everyone back East is extremely worried for him. We are all hoping for the best possible outcome.

Hey Lenny, I hope this is all just a big mistake and that I will be talking to you real soon. See you back at the station next time I am doing OT.

Apparently per the link below, on Jul 19th, Lenny posted that he made it to Maroon Peak:

https://plus.google.com/104135085027010 ... 8116/posts" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and gave the coordinates (per Google)...In his comment, he mentions "part 2"...which could imply an objective of doing the traverse..but I don't want to speculate.

I am pretty positive that on Thursday, that was Part 2. He was supposed to come back to NYC Friday.

Big time bummer. I'll be in the area soon, so if I see anything, will get info to you ASAP.

Praying for a safe and rapid return.
Will be hiking near the area this weekend - will keep my eyes open, though we'll likely have news by then.
