Thanks for the positive reviews on iTunes!
We're already near 500 downloads and the app just went up yesterday. Nice

Thanks Bill!

I downloaded it yesterday and have been diving into it all day today. You can also just click on "app store" on your iphone and easily find it. Maybe that's the same thing as iTunes. I don't know.

Wow very nice app thanks so much, been waiting on this one!!!
I'm also game to help provide beta for a 13ers app or at least a "high" 13ers version. The ability to save data offline is a great help as I was downloading all the pictures of a route on my phone mannualy before this.

Excelent work sir you're the best! =D>

The info provided in the 14ers.com app indicates that the route photos are not automatically downloaded to your iPhone, but can be downloaded on a peak-by-peak basis. (This is a great feature for backcountry use.) But what about the topo maps for the various peaks? Are the topo maps automatically downloaded to your iPhone when you install the app? And if not, is it possible to download the topos the way you can download the route photos, for use when there is no Internet access? Thanks in advance for clarifying.

When downloading photos, the 14ers.com iPhone app also downloads the topo map(s) for each peak, so that photos and maps are available on your phone even if there is no Internet access...sweet! =D>

Yes, sir. Sorry I didn't clarify sooner.

When using the app, it will download photos and maps as needed and keep them on your phone. If you want to get all maps and photos for a route, use the "Save for Offline" feature and it will get the overview map, route map and all photos.
