Co Spgs carpool hike this weekend?

Postby d_baker » Thu Jan 13, 2011 9:29 am

Anyone from the Springs interested in carpooling somewhere for a peak?
I'm kinda of open to what/where (within reason).
13er or 14er.
I'm off Fri thru Mon, so I'm flexible.

You know I'd offer, Darin, but I know you don't want to do Yale two weekends in a row.

I live in the Springs and have tomorrow off and would be down for anything. I just bought a bunch of winter gear that I've broke in and want to use it on a peak. Let me know and thanks for starting posts like these. I can convince myself to hike solo in the summer but not so much in the winter.

Thanks.

Spingers! I would like to give something (anything!) a shot the next few days. Sunday or Monday would work best for me. I'm new to the state; only peaks I know are Pike's and those in the Hoosier Pass area... but I'd love to get in some of the other ranges out there! I don't have flotation but could rent/borrow some snowshoes if need be.

I have LOTS of free time so, if any of you folks are interested after this weekend as well...

If anyone from the Springs is interested for tomorrow, call me. I won't be online for the rest of the afternoon/evening.
Brady Smith, I'll call you.

If it doesn't requires skis or snow shoes, I'm in for Sunday or Monday.
