Site Pop-up changes

Postby BillMiddlebrook » Thu Oct 14, 2010 11:22 am

I'm making changes to the pop-ups displayed when you move your mouse over various links on the site. There are still a few cosmetic problems that you may notice if your not using IE - I'll get to those tonight.

Yep, there seems to be a double-box in Firefox. No biggie.

Bill, you're making this site too easy!

Thanks!

Yeah, that should show up in Chrome and Safari, too.
Didn't get a chance to fix that before I have to head out for the afternoon.

Not sure about Chrome or Safari, but the pop-up that displays stuff like new PM's, number of forum posts, etc. when I mouse-over my handle in the upper-right corner of the page is nearly transparent and hard to read in Firefox. You're probably aware of it already, but I thought I'd mention it.

I'm on Chrome 6 and they're very very broken right now. They all show up on the top left of the site and push the rest of the content down, i.e. they're not floating. And since the bubbles are different sizes it jiggles the location of the links around, too.
But for now we are young, let us lay in the sun and count every beautiful thing we can see.

I'm using the same version of FF, but everything seems to be working fine. I'm on Win XP, though. I don't know if the OS matters or not.
