Death on El Diente

Post by KenE »

I just received the morning paper here in Telluride. Another of us is gone. This is so sad.

This has been such a hard season. I know that accidents happen every year but it doesn't seem like they were stacked like this. This is another real tragedy and my thoughts are out for him. Be careful out there.

My thoughts and prayers go out for his family and friends. I'm very sorry for your loss (and ours). :(

RIP John Merrill. My thoughts are with his family and friends during this most difficult time. The report says his wife is pregnant, and my heart is broken for her.

I echo mtgirl's statement.... How tragic is every death in the hills but to leave a wife and unborn child behind..... particularly sad indeed. Prayers to them..... May they find strength......
